Delete your account

You can delete your Doosi account, and everything Doosi keeps for it, at any time. It can't be undone.

In the app (the quickest way)

1. Open Doosi and go to the Memory tab.
2. Tap your picture at the top right.
3. Tap Delete Account, then confirm.

It happens straight away and you'll be signed out.

Without the app

Email privacy@doosi.ai from the email address you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm it's you, delete it, and reply within 7 days.

What's deleted

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Everything you saved: records, photos and PDFs in your cloud vault, reminders and their schedules, lists, people and notes.
• Your conversation, your devices' notification tokens, and your settings.

Photos and PDFs kept only on your phone are removed when you delete the app.

What's kept

• A deletion receipt for 3 years, as proof it was done: the date, and one-way codes made from your account id and email address. They can't be turned back into your email, and hold none of your content.
• Database backups expire within 14 days, after which your information is gone from them too.
